How We Accomplish This

  

  •  Zero capital outlay by municipality.
  • 100% financing of the project at same tax-exempt rate the City can borrow.
  • Below market lease rate 
  • Fixed flat rate for 25 to 30 years or lower rate with 2.5% market rate increases annually. 
  • 100% guaranteed Payment and Bond to complete construction of the project
  • Municipality owns facilities outright at expiration of lease.
  • Complete programing support, design and development package at zero upfront cost to the city.
  • Zero cost or schedule overrun exposure related to construction.
